From the Pokemon News Island on a research on internet I found something interesting about an error code 13204.This caused from a
code Named Complete Pokedex (Select) this code enable you to fill
Your National Pokedex so when you were trying to get Your Game ID or re-tuck a pokemon a message appeared with the code 13204 so you can't play in the Dream World .So if you have the same problem go on this site Complete Pokedex Cheat Causes Dream World/Game Sync Error Code 13204 FIX HERE I found and solve your problem. I have 100%
tested on my friends Pokemon Black and on my Pokemon White and it worked (Uk)
